We will meet every other week over zoom. Each session will last 75 minutes, giving us plenty of space and time to explore without any rush.

You don’t need to have done somatic work before. It is a gentle process, where we will meet you exactly where you are, without judgement, without pressure, without needing to hold everything together.
We will create space for the intelligence of your own body to guide us forward, at its own pace.

We begin by arriving together. This might be through breath, gentle orienting, micro-movement, or a short guided practice, whatever helps you land and feel present.
From there, we meet what’s emerging with gentle, compassionate guidance.
Before we close, we anchor what’s emerged with simple, supportive practices or small changes you can gently weave into your life.
I might share reflections, resources, or audio practices to support you between our calls. These are always optional, guided by what feels supportive, not another “to-do” list.
Sessions are held online via Zoom, so you can be in the comfort of your own home. All you need is a quiet space where you feel at ease.
Within our journey and during each of the sessions, we move at your unique pace.

I support women on healing, growth and expansion journeys.
Many of my clients come to me when they are hovering at the edge of burnout, feeling stressed, anxious or overwhelmed, or navigating periods of transitions. They want to return to a life that feels more nourishing, aligned and vibrant.
What they discover is a space where they can lay it all down, pause, exhale, and be held. Where there's no pressure to perform or to fix, and where they are welcome as they are. A place where their nervous system is soothed and their body gently guided from survival to more safety, presence, wellbeing and aliveness.
My journey into this work began after spending two decades in the corporate world, and a severe burnout. What nearly broke me became a threshold that reshaped my life and reoriented my path. In the fragments of my old life, I found something I didn't know I was seeking: myself.
I now weave somatics (working with the body), nervous system support, and women's empowerment into a unique approach. I believe that the body carries its own blueprint for health, wholeness, and flourishing. My work helps women to soften the survival patterns that keep them stuck and make space for more joy, presence and expansive ways of being.
The women I support often describe their journey with me as a homecoming - a reclamation of Self and a return to a life that feels rooted, spacious and deeply aligned with what matters most.
